1. HVC-D ASSEMBLY

  1. Mount the locking ring on the pressure regulator HVC-D.
  2. Fit the ring onto the fitting nut.
  3. Firmly press the ring to snap it into place.
  4. Connect the HVC-D to the spray gun and to the air supply line.

2. HVC-D SETUP

  1. Confirm the tight closure of the locking ring.
  2. The HVC-D activates automatically when the inlet pressure exceeds 0.5 bar.

3. HVC-D REPLACE BATTERY

  1. Loosen the locking ring to disassemble the HVC-D.
  2. Detach the HVC-D from the spray gun & from the air hose.
  3. Uscrew and remove the two screws from the battery housing.
  4. Pull out the housing cover from the body of the regulator.
  5. Pull out the exhausted battery from the housing cover.
  6. Make sure that the gasket is correctly positioned in its seat.
  7. Replace the battery with a new one.
  8. Fix the housing cover in the body of the regulator.
  9. Place the two fixing screw in their seats and thigthen them.
