1. WEAR PROTECTIVE GEARS
During all fases of setup and operation procedures, always wear proper body and respiratory protection such as: ANEST IWATA safety glasses, mask and gloves.

2. MAIN MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
- Reassemble again the fluid nozzle tightening it manually into its seat.
- Tighten it further clockwise with the universal spanner.
- When reassembling the fluid nozzle, only tighten it when the slits align with the spray gun body.
- Reassemble the air cap.
- Once reassembled, align the air cap horizontally and tighten it by hand.
- Place the needle packing in its seat and tighten it manually.
- Lubricate the fluid needle with a small amount of maintenance grease.
- Insert the lubricated fluid needle set carefully into its seat.
- Lubricate the fluid needle spring with a small amount of maintenance grease.
- Lubricate the fluid needle adj. knob with a bit of maintenance grease.
- Reassemble in this order: needle spring, then fluid adj. knob set.
- Apply a small amount of grease to the fluid needle in the trigger slide area.
- Now attend to the adjustment of the fluid needle packing. Screw the needle packing nut tight by the spanner until the needle starts to stick.
- After the needle sticks, unscrew the needle packing (counterclockwise) until the needle moves freely.
- Check the smooth sliding of the fluid needle by pulling the trigger.
