1. WEAR PROTECTIVE GEARS

During all fases of setup and operation procedures, always wear proper body and respiratory protection such as: ANEST IWATA safety glasses, mask and gloves.

2. MAIN MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

  1. Reassemble again the fluid nozzle tightening it manually into its seat.
  2. Tighten it further clockwise with the universal spanner.
  3. When reassembling the fluid nozzle, only tighten it when the slits align with the spray gun body.
  4. Reassemble the air cap.
  5. Once reassembled, align the air cap horizontally and tighten it by hand.
  6. Place the needle packing in its seat and tighten it manually.
  7. Lubricate the fluid needle with a small amount of maintenance grease.
  8. Insert the lubricated fluid needle set carefully into its seat.
  9. Lubricate the fluid needle spring with a small amount of maintenance grease.
  10. Lubricate the fluid needle adj. knob with a bit of maintenance grease.
  11. Reassemble in this order: needle spring, then fluid adj. knob set.
  12. Apply a small amount of grease to the fluid needle in the trigger slide area.
  13. Now attend to the adjustment of the fluid needle packing. Screw the needle packing nut tight by the spanner until the needle starts to stick.
  14. After the needle sticks, unscrew the needle packing (counterclockwise) until the needle moves freely.
  15. Check the smooth sliding of the fluid needle by pulling the trigger.
